Anxiety, self-doubt, and uncertainty can make it hard to trust yourself or know what comes next. I help my clients break free from unhelpful patterns, gain clarity, and move forward with more confidence—whether they’re navigating a big transition, struggling with perfectionism, burnout, or relationship dynamics.

    My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I integrate self-reflection with action, blending insight-oriented therapy with behavior-based strategies (including DBT, CBT, and ACT) to help clients not only understand themselves better but also create meaningful change. I work with individuals at all stages of life, with a special focus on the perinatal period and parenthood—supporting clients through fertility struggles, pregnancy, and postpartum.
